Role Models in life are important. Alex Ferguson is retiring at the top of his profession and his success is unlikely to be repeated. What lessons can we learn from Fergie? I once applied for a job as Head of Sales and was aksed to do a presentation. I called it "What would Fergie do?" and the rest came easy - Vision of the future, self belief, change the people, have subs on the bench, make unpopular decisions when you have to, celebrate success etc.etc. Who is your role model in life and what attributes do you want to develop?
