How to Coach Sales People

This article cam into my inbox today and it reminded me that coaching & selling are similar things.  Good sales people find out what the customer wants and then match their product or service to it.  Great coaches do the same thing.  Selling is not telling.  Nor is coaching!!  Click here to read.
